Fitch: Okeanos outlook stable

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the AAA rating of the notes $477 million notes issued by Okeanos Investment Corp. Ltd.

The outlook was revised to stable from negative.

The rating is supported by the actual and expected cash flow from the existing obligors, who have recently made payments for the permits stage and by recovery prospects from the currently delinquent units, Fitch said.

The affirmation follows a review of the current status of the payments made by the buyers of the residential units and construction progress of the condominium in Singapore, known as Rivergate, the agency said.
