Gamco buys 10,475 shares of Oil-Dri

Charlotte, N.C., March 18 - Oil-Dri Corp. of America investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. bought 10,475 shares of the company's stock between Jan. 28 and March 12 priced from $12.948 to $16.55 per share.

Gamco and its affiliates beneficially own 673,600 shares, or 13.09%, of the Chicago-based absorbent products company's outstanding stock, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
