S&P affirms Rosneft
S&P said it affirmed the BB+ long-term corporate credit rating on Oil Co. Rosneft OJSC.
The outlook is positive.
The agency said the affirmation reflects a view that Rosneft will continue to receive timely ongoing and extraordinary support from the government, especially in terms of liquidity.
“We continue to see Rosneft as one of the most important government-related entities (GREs) in Russia and believe the government will continue to support the company's refinancing as necessary,” S&P said in a news release.
