Ohio coordinates $59.69 million certificates of participation offering

New York, Sept. 18 – The State of Ohio is set to price $56,695,000 of series 2014 certificates of participation on Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $16,085,000 of series 2014 multi-agency radio communications project certificates, $34,565,000 of series 2014 enterprise data center solutions project certificates and $9,045,000 of series 2014 treasury management system certificates.

The COPs will be sold competitively.

The radio communications COPs are due 2015 to 2027. The enterprise data center COPs are due 2015 to 2024. The treasury management certificates are due 2015 to 2024.

Proceeds will be used to finance upgrades to capital facilities and technology infrastructure.
