New Issue: Ohio sells $125.59 million capital facilities lease appropriation bonds

New York, Feb. 27 - The State of Ohio priced $125,585,000 of series 2013 capital facilities lease appropriation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The deal included $25 million of series 2013A mental health facilities improvement fund project bonds, $15,375,000 of series 2013B mental health facilities improvement fund project bonds, $18 million of series 2013A cultural and sports facilities building project bonds, $19.89 million of series 2013B cultural and sports facilities building project bonds and $47.32 million of series 2013A adult correctional facilities building fund project refunding bonds.
The 2013A mental health bonds are due 2014 to 2023 with 2% to 5% coupons. The 2013B mental health bonds are due 2014 to 2019 with 2% to 5% coupons.
The 2013A cultural and sports bonds are due 2014 to 2023 with 2% to 5% coupons. The 2013B cultural and sports bonds are due 2014 to 2020 with coupons from 2% to 5%.
The 2013A adult correctional facilities bonds are due 2015 to 2024 with 5% coupons.
The bonds were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.
Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, furnish, renovate and design mental health, cultural and sports and other facilities, as well as to refund existing adult correctional facilities bonds.
