New Issue: Ohio prices $57.78 million of revenue bonds for University of Dayton

New York, Jan. 29 - The State of Ohio sold $57,775,000 of series 2013 higher educational revenue bonds for the University of Dayton, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A2/A/) were sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2033 with a term bond due in 2043. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2043 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 112.175.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, renovate and upgrade the university's facilities, upgrade the university's technology and refund the university's series 2004 revenue bonds.
