Moody's rates Ohio highway bonds Aa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aa1 with a negative outlook to the Ohio's $140 million of general obligation highway capital improvement bonds, series L (full faith and credit/highway user receipts).

Sale of the bonds is expected on April 21.
