Ohio to price $385 million infrastructure project bonds Wednesday

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 9 - Ohio expects to price its previously announced $385 million infrastructure project revenue bonds on Wednesday, a source told Prospect News.

The series 2008-1 bonds (Aa2/AA/AA-) also will be offered through retail orders on Tuesday.

The bonds have serial maturities from 2009 through 2020.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the senior manager of the negotiated sale.

Co-managers are Fifth Third Securities, Butler Wick & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., Merrill Lynch & Co., the Huntington Investment Co., NatCity Investments Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co.

The proceeds will be used to finance highway and bridge projects.
