Ohio Public Facilities Commission to sell $173 million of G.O. bonds

New York, Jan. 9 - The Ohio Public Facilities Commission is set to price $173 million of series 2012 general obligation bonds, according to a sales calendar. Pricing is set for the week of Jan. 9.

The bonds (Aa1//AA+) will be sold through senior manager PNC Capital Markets LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance the research and development of clean coal projects, common school projects, and to refund outstanding G.O. bonds for a net present value savings.
