West Virginia calls all $50 million of series 2008C Ohio Power bonds

Minneapolis, Feb. 19 - West Virginia Economic Development Authority called all $50 million of its series 2008C Ohio Power Co.-Sporn Project pollution control revenue refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due July 1, 2014, will be redeemed at par plus the applicable premium on March 21.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.

Ohio Power is a Columbus, Ohio-based utility.
