Moody's rates Arizona State University bonds Aaa/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aaa/VMIG1 to the $53.28 million series 2008 variable-rate demand revenue bonds issued by Sun Devil Energy Center LLC for the Arizona State University Project.

The expected sale date is July 15.

The rating is based on a standby bond purchase agreement from RBC Bank NA, rated Aa3/P-1 by Moody's.
