Acadia Healthcare to call 6 1/8%, 5 1/8% notes via new notes’ proceeds

New York, June 10 – Acadia Healthcare Co. Inc. said it intends to redeem in full its outstanding 6 1/8% senior notes due 2021 and 5 1/8% senior notes due 2022 with proceeds of new notes.

The new notes due 2028, which were launched on Wednesday, are expected to have a deal size of $450 million, the company said in a release.

The Franklin, Tenn.-based company operates a network of behavioral health centers.
