New Issue: Franklin County, Ohio, prices $281.47 million OhioHealth revenue bonds

New York, June 3 – Franklin County, Ohio sold $281.47 million of series 2015 hospital facilities revenue bonds for OhioHealth Corp., according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa2/AA+/AA) were sold through Barclays.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2035 with term bonds due in 2040 and 2045. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2040 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 109.643. The 2045 bonds have a 4.125% coupon priced at 96.74 and a 5% coupon priced at 109.04.
Proceeds will be used to acquire, construct and improve health facilities for the corporation, as well as to finance capital expenditures.
