Fitch assigns AA/F1+ to OhioHealth bonds

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a rating of AA/F1+ to the $186.7 million hospital facilities refunding revenue bonds issued by Franklin County, Ohio, for the OhioHealth Corp.

The short-term F1+ rating is based on a standby bond purchase agreement provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA.

The bonds are expected to be delivered on Aug. 1.

Proceeds will be used to refund outstanding hospital facilities revenue bonds.
