S&P gives AA/A-1+ to OhioHealth bonds

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA/A-1+ rating to the $186.7 million 2008A variable-rate demand revenue bonds issued by Franklin County, Ohio, for OhioHealth.

Proceeds will be used to refund the county's 2003A and 2003B auction-rate securities issued for OhioHealth.

The short-term rating is based on a standby bond purchase agreement from JPMorgan Chase NA.
