Moody's rates University Hospitals, Ohio, bonds A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned A2 unenhanced and underlying ratings to University Hospitals Health System, Ohio's series 2008 bonds to be issued through the Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission.

Included are $230.63 million of series 2008A bonds and $190 million of series 2008B, 2008C and 2008D bonds.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the series 2008A bonds is expected on March 3. They are expected to be fixed rate and either unenhanced or insured, or a combination of both.

Sale of the 2008B, 2008C and 2008D bonds is expected on March 17. They are expected to be variable rate and supported by a bank letter of credit; they will carry the underlying A2 rating.
