S&P ups University Hospitals, Ohio, bonds to A+

Standard & Poor's said it raised its standard long-term rating and underlying rating to A+ from A on the bonds of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission issued for University Hospitals Health System Inc., affecting $560.1 million of debt.

S&P also assigned the A+ rating to the commission's $230.63 million series 2008 bonds issued for the health system.

The outlook is stable.
