Ohio Department of Administrative Services to sell $56.75 million COPs

New York, Aug. 29 - The Ohio Department of Administrative Services plans to price $56,745,000 of series 2012 certificates of participation on Sept. 5, according to a preliminary official statement.
The certificates (Aa2/AA/) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.
The COPs are due 2013 to 2027.
Proceeds will be used to finance upgrades to the Multi-Agency Radio Communications System.
