Arizona State University preps $111.94 million bond sale for Tuesday

New York, Jan. 7 - The Arizona State University is set to price $111.94 million of series 2013 system revenue and refunding bonds on Tuesday, according to a sales calendar.

The deal includes $85,815,000 of series 2013A revenue bonds and $26,125,000 of series 2013B revenue and refunding bonds.

The bonds (Aa3) will be sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the university's facilities, as well as to refund existing revenue debt.
