Ohio Air Quality Authority calls three series of Dayton project bonds

Columbus, Ohio, July 6 – The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority has called all the collateralized pollution control revenue refunding bonds issued for the Dayton Power & Light Co. Project, series 2005B, 2008A and 2008B, according to three notices.

The bonds will be redeemed Aug. 3 on the condition that the trustee has received funds sufficient to pay the redemption price of par plus accrued interest by that date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
