OFS Capital to redeem 5.95% $25-par notes due 2026 on Nov. 22

Concord, N.H., Oct. 22 – OFS Capital Corp. has called all $54,325,000 of its 5.95% $25-par notes due 2026 (Cusip: 67103B506), according to a notice of redemption.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Nov. 22. Interest has accrued from Oct. 31.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

OFS is a Chicago-based non-diversified management investment company.
