Morocco's Office Cherifien de Phosphate plans roadshow for notes

Atlanta, April 7 - Morocco's Office Cherifien de Phosphate will set out on Tuesday for a roadshow to market an offering of notes (expected rating: //BBB-), a market source said.
The proceeds will be used to fund the company's expenditure program and for general corporate purposes.
The company is a phosphate exporter based in Casablanca.
