O'Fallon, Mo., calls $55.76 million certificates of participation

Minneapolis, Feb. 3 - The City of O'Fallon, Missouri, called $55.76 million of certificates of participation, series 2001, according to an announcement.

The COPs, which are due on Nov. 1 of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2022, 2027 and 2031, will be redeemed on Feb. 3 at par plus accrued interest.

UMB Bank, NA is the trustee.
