Virginia Beach, March 5 - Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG priced $1.25 billion of 1.625% notes (Aaa/AA+/) due March 12, 2019 with a spread of Treasuries plus 20.35 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Pricing was at 99.409.
Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc and J.P. Morgan Securities were the joint bookrunners.
The export and financial services company for Austrian businesses is based in Vienna.
