New York, May 21 - Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG on Tuesday priced $1.75 billion of 1.125% five-year notes (Aaa/AA+/) at mid-swaps plus 17 basis points, or Treasuries plus 33.5 bps, an informed source said.
Pricing was at 99.748 to yield 1.177%.
The notes are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria.
Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The export and financial services company for Austrian businesses is based in Vienna.
