New Issue: OeKB's $1.5 billion 1.125% three-year bonds yield 53 bps over mid-swaps

New York, June 26 - Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG priced $1.5 billion of 1.125% three-year global notes on Tuesday to yield mid-swaps plus 53 basis points, or Treasuries plus 76.75 bps, a market source said.

The deal went overnight after being announced on Monday.

The notes (Aaa/AA+/) were sold at 99.861. There is no call option.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank AG, London branch, Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. ran the books.

The notes are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria.

The export and financial services company for Austrian businesses is based in Vienna.
