New Issue: OeKB prices $1.25 billion 1.875% three-year notes at Treasuries plus 89.2 bps

New York, Jan. 13 - Austria's Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG priced $1.25 billion of 1.875% three-year global notes Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 89.2 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aaa/AAA) priced at 99.717.
Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities. Co-managers were BNP Paribas Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co., HSBC Bank plc and Morgan Stanley & Co.
The financial and information service provider for Austria's export industry is based in Vienna.
