New York, Sept. 9 - Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG priced $1.75 billion 3.125% three-year global notes Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 82.4 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/) priced at 99.937.
Bookrunners were Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. and UBS Ltd.
Co-managers were BNP Paribas Securities, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, HSBC Bank plc, Morgan Stanley & Co. International and Nomura International plc.
