Omaha, Oct. 9 - OeKB priced $1.75 billion of 4.75% five-year guaranteed global notes Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 45.5 basis points, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The notes (Aaa/AAA) were priced at 99.802 to yield 4.795%.
Bookrunners were Goldman, Sachs & Co. International, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. and UBS Ltd.
OeKB is Austria's main financial and information service provider for the export industry and capital market and is based in Vienna.
