Scoggin Capital Management reports 8.4% investment in Odyssey Marine

Philadelphia, Oct. 30 - Scoggin Capital Management, LP II reported an investment of 8.4% in Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. as of Oct. 21, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The passive stake represents 4,025,000 shares.

Based in Tampa, Fla., Odyssey is focused on archaeologically sensitive exploration and recovery of shipwrecks.
