Odyssey HealthCare shareholder Millenco reduces stake to 7.7%

Charlotte, N.C., May 8 - Investors led by Millenco LLC decreased their stake in Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. to 7.7% from 8.8% through a series of buy and sell transactions between April 13 and May 6, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Millenco beneficially owns 2,498,380 shares of the Dallas-based hospice care provider's outstanding stock.
