Odyssey HealthCare shareholder Millenco increases stake to 8.8%

Charlotte, N.C., April 14 - Investors led by Millenco LLC reported an 8.8% stake in Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. following a series of buy and sell transactions between Feb. 12 and April 13, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The investor had a 7.6% ownership interest on Jan. 8, a prior SEC filing said.

Millenco beneficially owns 2,891,589 shares of the Dallas-based hospice care provider's outstanding stock.
