Odyssey HealthCare shareholder Millenco reports 6.3% ownership interest

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 9 - Investors led by Millenco LLC reported a 6.3% stake in Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. following a series of buy and sell transactions between Oct. 9 and Dec. 8.

Millenco beneficially owns 2,065,466 shares of the Dallas-based hospice care provider, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
