Millennium Management holds 6.5% stake in Odyssey HealthCare

New York, Jan. 18 - Odyssey HealthCare, Inc. investors led by Millennium Management LLC reported the beneficial ownership of 2,061,522 shares of the company, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Millennium holds a 6.3% stake of the Dallas-based provider of hospice care to terminally ill patients and their families, following various transactions between Jan. 14 and Jan. 17.
