Argentina's ODS closes bidding for ARS 400 million of series I notes

Pittsburgh, Aug. 27 - ODS SA has closed the bidding for up to ARS 400 million of series I class I and class II notes after it failed to achieve a minimum 80% subscription amount for the class II notes, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the company planned to issue up to ARS 200 million of series I class I 24-month variable-rate notes and up to ARS 200 million of series I class II variable-rate 48-month notes at par under its $150 million global notes program.

ODS is a construction company based in Buenos Aires.
