Argentina's ODS extends auction period for ARS 400 million notes issue

Pittsburgh, Aug. 23 - ODS SA has extended the expiration of the public auction period for its ARS 400 million notes issuance to Aug. 24 from Aug. 23, according to a news release.

The company plans to issue up to ARS 200 million of series I class I 24-month variable-rate notes and up to ARS 200 million of series I class II variable-rate 48-month notes at par under its $150 million global notes program.

The notes will be issued on Aug. 28.

As previously reported, the minimum subscription amount will be ARS 10,000.

The notes will accrue interest at the private Badlar rate plus a margin to be determined.

The bookrunner is Nacion Bursatil SA.

Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA has rated the class I and class II notes A+(arg).

ODS is a construction company based in Buenos Aires.
