Argentina's ODS to sell ARS 400 million series I notes in two classes

Pittsburgh, July 30 - ODS SA will issue up to ARS 400 million of series I notes in two tranches at par under its $150 million global notes program, according to a company news release.

Specifically, the company will issue up to ARS 200 million of series I class I 24-month notes and up to ARS 200 million of series I class II 48-month notes.

The minimum subscription amount will be ARS 10,000.

The notes will accrue interest at the private Badlar rate plus a margin to be determined.

The bookrunner is Nación Bursátil SA.

Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA has rated the class I and class II notes A+(arg).

ODS is a construction company based in Buenos Aires.
