Brazil's Odebrecht starts roadshow to market dollar perpetual notes

Atlanta, June 5 – Brazil’s Odebrecht SA set out on Thursday on a roadshow to market an issue of perpetual notes denominated in dollars, a market source said.

HSBC, Itau BBA and Santander are the global coordinators. Morgan Stanley, BB Securities and Bradesco BBI are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The roadshow began Thursday and will end on June 10.

Odebrecht is an engineering, construction, chemical and petrochemical conglomerate based in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil.
