Brazil's Odebrecht talks $580 million notes due 2022 at 6¾%-6 7/8%

Atlanta, Feb. 20 - Brazil's Odebrecht Offshore Drilling Finance Ltd. set talk at 6¾% to 6 7/8% for its $580 million offering of notes due Oct. 1, 2022 (expected ratings: Baa3/BBB/BBB), a market source said.

Santander, HSBC and BNP Paribas are the global coordinators. Bradesco BBI, Itau BBA and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

A roadshow ended on Thursday.

The notes, which could price as soon as Thursday, include a change-of-control put at 101%.

Odebrecht is an engineering, construction, chemical and petrochemical conglomerate based in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil.
