OCZ cash collateral use extended to allow power supply business sale

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Jan. 29 - OCZ Technology Group, Inc.'s cash collateral use was extended to allow it to administer its estates while completing a sale of its power supply business, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The cash collateral use was extended to the earlier of Feb. 7 and the completion of the power supply business sale.

The company said its pre-bankruptcy secured parties consented to the extension.

OCZ, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based producer of computer memory and components, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 2. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-13126.
