Oculus Innovative Sciences files $75 million shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 13 - Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. filed a $75 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares and warrants.

Preferred stock and warrants may be convertible.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Petaluma, Calif.-based Oculus develops and markets products for the prevention and elimination of infection in chronic and acute wounds.
