Arizona Public Service to redeem 2009 series A, C bonds via new notes

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 3 – Arizona Public Service Co. plans to redeem its $38.15 million of 2009 series A and $32 million of 2009 series C Arizona Pollution Control Corp. pollution control revenue refunding bonds due June 1, 2034 with the proceeds from a new note offering, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Arizona Public Service is a Phoenix-based electric utility.
