New York, June 2 - The Navajo County Pollution Control Corp. of Arizona priced $166.15 million of series 2009 pollution control revenue refunding bonds for the Arizona Public Service Co., said a form 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The sale included $38.15 million of series 2009A bonds, $32 million of series 2009B bonds, $32 million of series 2009C bonds, $32 million of series 2009D bonds and $32 million of series 2009E bonds. All the bonds are priced at par.
The 2009A bonds are due June 1, 2012 and have a 5% coupon; the 2009B bonds are due June 1, 2014 bonds and have a 5.5% coupon; and the 2009C bonds are due June 1, 2014 and have a 5.5% coupon. The 2009D bonds are due June 1, 2016 and have a 5.75% coupon and the 2009E bonds are due June 1, 2016 and have a 5.75% coupon.
Proceeds will be used to redeem Arizona Public Service's series 2004A, 2004B, 2004C, 2004D and 2004E bonds.
