S&P revises OCP view to negative

S&P said it revised the outlook on OCP SA to negative from stable and affirmed the BBB- long-term issuer credit rating.

S&P also affirmed the BBB- issue ratings on OCP's senior unsecured notes.

The negative outlook on OCP mirrors that on Morocco, S&P said in a news release.
