UBS Multi-Strat Fund gets new name, now O'Connor Fund of Funds

San Diego, March 27 - The UBS Multi-Strat Fund, LLC changed its name to the O'Connor Fund of Funds: Aggregated Alpha Strategies LLC on March 22, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Stamford, Conn.-based UBS Alternative and Quantitative Investments LLC is the fund's investment adviser.
