New Issue: Louisiana Public Facilities sells $155.66 million Ochsner revenue bonds

New York, May 4 – The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority sold $155.66 million of series 2016 refunding revenue bonds for the Ochsner Clinic Foundation, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Baa1//A-) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The bonds are due 2023 to 2036 with term bonds due in 2041 and 2047. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%, and yields range from 1.68% to 3.39%. The 2041 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 103.591 to yield 3.57%, and the 2047 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 114.573 to yield 3.28%.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt.
