Louisiana Public Facilities defeases $117.24 million of Ochsner bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 20 – The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority defeased $117.24 million of its series 2007A Ochsner Clinic Foundation project and 2007B Ochsner Community Hospitals project revenue bonds, according to two notices.

The following 2007A bonds have been defeased and will be redeemed May 15, 2017 at par plus accrued interest:

• $1.72 million of bonds due May 15, 2016;

• $1.61 million of bonds due May 15, 2017;

• $1,665,000 of bonds due May 15, 2018;

• $1.92 million of bonds due May 15, 2019;

• $2.02 million of bonds due May 15, 2020;

• $2,125,000 of bonds due May 15, 2021;

• $2,235,000 of bonds due May 15, 2022;

• $9,255,000 of bonds due May 15, 2027;

• $31,335,000 of bonds due May 15, 2028;

• $21.55 million of bonds due May 15, 2043; and

• $21.5 million of bonds due May 15, 2047.

The following 2007B bonds have been defeased and will be redeemed May 15, 2017 at par plus accrued interest:

• $75,000 of bonds due May 15, 2016;

• $285,000 of bonds due May 15, 2017;

• $1,045,000 of bonds due May 15, 2022;

• $2,125,000 of bonds due May 15, 2027;

• $7,205,000 of bonds due May 15, 2038; and

• $9.55 million of bonds due May 15, 2047.
