Arizona Health Facilities defeases some 2007A Banner Health bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 9 – The Arizona Health Facilities Authority defeased the series 2007A Banner Health revenue bonds maturing on and after Jan. 1, 2018, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed Jan. 1, 2017 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the escrow agent.
