OceanFreight CEO reports 12.7% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 17 - OceanFreight Inc. chief executive officer, interim chief financial officer and director Antonis Kandylidis reported beneficial ownership of 2.08 million shares, or 12.7% of the company.

The shares were previously held as subordinated class B shares. They were converted into class A shares on a one-for-one basis on Aug. 15, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

OceanFreight is an Athens, Greece-based development-stage company. Its fleet consists of nine secondhand drybulk carriers that mainly transport iron ore, coal, grains, minerals and fertilizers and two secondhand tanker vessels that transport crude oil.
