S&P puts Ocean Spray on positive watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed all ratings on Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc., including its BBB+ corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with positive implications.

The ratings could be raised or affirmed following completion of S&P's review.

The positive CreditWatch listing is based on the company's continued improvement in its operating and financial performance through a challenging operating environment, S&P said.
